Ziyu Backup is a private personal backup tool operated by Martin Thommesen.

Google Drive access

The application requests only the drive.file permission. It can create and manage its own backup files in the owner's Google Drive. It does not request access to unrelated Drive files.

Backup data and credentials

Server backup contents are encrypted on the server before they are uploaded to Google Drive. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in protected files on the owner's server.

Sharing

Backup data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond Google storage. This information website is hosted by Cloudflare. It has no analytics, forms, advertising, or backup data.

Retention and control

The backup policy retains the last seven successful daily backup sets. The owner can delete backup files from Google Drive and revoke the application's access through Google Account permissions at any time.
